It's not a big deal! I'm so used to it I barely notice. Usually I react more strongly to cats than dogs, I don't know why that is.
All in all I don't get sick very often but when I do, it's something pretty bad that lasts a long time. In average I'd say that I get the flu twice a year, usually around the fall and the spring. That's how often the average Japanese student gets it. Was it like that in your school too? When I'm sick it's my throat that hurts more than anything, I don't sneeze that much. I have got a favorite brand of hard candies I like to suck on whenever that happens, I can send you the name. Anyway, I got chickenpox when I was about eight. It was pretty mild so I might catch it again. That's at least what my mom told me. At one point I had to get my tonsils removed, I was twelve at the time...
